All online sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges with the exception of products that arrive damaged or broken.
Damaged or Broken Items
If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us at hello@pinkfern.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following in your email:
- Your order #
- Photos clearly showing the damaged product
- Include a photo of unopened package if the box is in rough condition from shipping. (This allows us to file a claim with the carrier)
Once we receive your request, we will review the information and follow up with next steps.
